YOGA & MEDITATION

- Yoga Level 1 - For students new to yoga and for those with some experience. Covers the basics of hatha yoga.
- Yoga Level 2 - For students with six months or more of experience.

- Breathing Meditation - Unwind and drop into a restorative state of meditation. No experience necessary. Drop-ins welcome.

T'AI CHI

- T'ai Chi - In this beginner class you'll learn 16 movements of the Yang style of t'ai chi. Good for stress reduction, balance, posture.
- T'ai Chi for Kids - Two meditative movement classes for children. One for 4-7 year olds and one for 8-11 year olds.
DANCE

- Adult Ballet - Open to adults of all ages. Beginner level. No experience needed. Stretch, strengthen and increase flexability.
- Zumba Gold® - An incredibly fun Latin-beat dance class that will give you a great aerobic workout. Easy moves that you will learn quickly. The routines feature interval training with fast and slow rhythms. Wear regular workout clothes and shoes without any treads. Bring a towel (you will sweat) and water.
- Monday Night Ballroom Dance Classes w/ Sandra Showell - Love "Dancing with the stars"? Why not learn to dance yourself!! Come try one of the new ballroom dancing classes being offered at The Studio in St. Michaels. Classes run in 4 week session. All classes are 50 minutes long. Discounts will apply for 2 classes taken on the same night. Dress: Casual with leather or lightly rubber soled shoes. Please no sneakers!! Pre-Registration is required for all classes.
