Introducing The Back Care Clinic

Monthly sessions starting Monday November 7th.

The back care clinic is an individual healthy back program for people with arthritis, scoliosis, sports or general back injuries. One-hour sessions will include:

                 ● posture analysis

                 ● a spinal assessment

                 ● personalized yoga program for at-home practice

                 ● personalized modifications for your yoga practice

                    in group classes.
